Can I have a ppp, just as family may see..

My brother inlaw had a baby, she is Filipino and he is British, currently herself and their daughter live in the Philippines and will be for awhile..now, I understand they have a different culture but Im at my witts end as my brother inlaw has 6 nieces/nephews and he is letting his daughter sleep on a pillow, none stop!! All the time! She is surrounded by teddies and blankets that are loose, her hands are in mitts all the time as my sister inlaw reckons she might hit herself if she doesnt wear them and the cott looks like a death trap! It has gaps in it and all sorts! Its also plastic on wheels!! Ive got to the point now where I cant even bare to see photos because all I can think of is how they have been told by myself and others how dangerous these things are and yet they think its ok!! I get they are first time parents but surely they can not be that stupid and know a baby can suffocate!! To top it off aswell, it is a very hot country and she is in a vest and a full grow with mitts and sometimes a hat!!! I just dont know what to do anymore as I would feel awful if anything happens but Im at the point where I just wanna block them because I feel like Ill end up causing a row (again Im not the only one who has mentioned these, even his parents have and his friends)..
