Can I have a ppp?

Just need a bit of advice. My partners ex is being a bit of a pain.
Basically at the moment he’s out of work. I’m on maternity due to go back beginning of January, however I handed my notice in as they weren’t flexiable with me like they wanted me to be with them. So I’ve got a new job but not due to start until beginning of feb… so for that month I’m gunna have to claim income support (if I can)
Offered her money weekly(what I could afford out of the money I got for my other 3) and she’s basically saying she’s going to cms and she will get more money than that out my wages? Surely she won’t?
I don’t even get money for my youngest in regards to tax credits etc x
