Can I have a ppp. Looking for some advice. Posting for a friend 6 months ago she had her kids taking into care because she had a relapse. She got them back 4 months ago. 3 weeks ago she got them taking back off her because the nursery that the kids are in thought she was on drugs, she signed a c25 form for kids to go away 1 night for rest bite as she is a single mum with no help at all! No one to take the kids 1 night a year! From there they didn’t give her the kids back as she kept telling them she was just tired and she repeatedly told them she hadn’t taking any drugs it was just due to being very excused. She went for a drug test voluntarily to prove to them that she wasn’t on drugs and it has all come back clear she has showed them that and there still saying “ well something is making you that way” she is just wondering if she took the kids back will she be arrested or could it make matters worse as she has done nothing wrong apart from being a single mum to 2 very young kids. She has been told from a few people that if they take it to court they wouldn’t have a leg to stand on. Can I have everyone’s opinion please thanks very much x
