Can I have a PPP??
My partner has just texted and asked his boss if he is entitled to paternity pay, his boss replied saying ‘ no your not as your not married or living together, however I’m still awaiting an apology off your girlfriend’ (as in me) I’m meant to owe him an apology for calling him and his employers arseholes as they take full advantage of my OH he works over 50+ hours a week, and on a Saturday he works from 10-10 with 1, 15 mins break (everyone else is aloud a break every 4 hours) so I owe him an apology now his boss messaged me saying he was going to pay thousands of pounds to someone to make sure I can never use or speak on a phone again!!
So the advice I need is- is my OH boss correct saying he isn’t entitled to paternity pay, or is he becoming an arsehole all because apparently I owe him an apology when I don’t see do?
P.s I am 32+5 And being induced early around 37/38 weeks thanks
