Anyways in 2015 I met this boy and we started dating etc moved in together he is absolutely the one for me anyways he is not legal in this country and she has kids and they absolutely adore him and there not getting married just to get a visa there not ready as yet. But does anyone know what they could do or even someone they should start speaking to as she does want to live in the UK with him and they currently live together ATM to but if he got send home to his own country it may be harder but he’s also scared to contact someone in case he gets arrested. Please no nasty comments or saying he just wants visa etc. Thanks for any replies for her. X they both live in U.K. Atm

If they have kids together he has a right to abode in this country. If they don’t and authorities find out i am afraid he will be arrested and deported unless he can get visa.
