Can I have a ppp please

Hi all sorry for the tmi but for the past 2 months or so I’ve had very bad diarrhoea, usually lasts 12 hours or so and happens around every 2 weeks or so. I get very bad tummy and back cramps at the same time too and always know when it’s gonna happen cuz my little boy becomes very active a few hours before hand, I have bad wind and acidic burps with slight tummy and backache. I’m 33 weeks atm and I’ve told my consultant and the midwives but they don’t seem to be too bothered because it’s not constant but it’s taking away from my already lacking sleep and it’s really getting me down. Has anyone else had this and do any of you have any tips or advice for me? Tia xCan you also add that I have tried cutting milk out of my diet where possible, I’ve been taking vitamins, drinking less fizzy pop and trying to nap more during the day but nothing has stopped it x
