Recently a single mum and never once have I stopped my son from seeing his dad he would go up to his dad’s parents house 3 times a week never stayed over though (all on alot of medication that’s another story. Anyway since the split we’ve always been civil untill this week where my son’s dad and his dad came knocking my parents door for his pp anyway his dad started insulting my mum at her door about a condition she has wrong with her neck anyway he soon walked off but I went after him as I found it rude that someone who claims is disabled and doesn’t work has the cheek to insult my mum. Anyway as I went to walked towards the car my so called son’s grandfather drive the car towards me driving into me touching my knees making me jolt backwards and did it again after the first time. I phoned the police and cos I have no evidence of who was driving the car Notting is happening. But this man shouldn’t be driving as he doesn’t have a licence or insurance. Anyway my point is my son and I go away at the weekend for two weeks my son’s dad wanted to see him tonight i agreed but on the terms he comes to my house to see him. He didn’t show up and iv had Notting but threats all night about been taken to court. This probably doesn’t make much sense but just looking for advice from anyone who has been through court? No bashing please x
