Sorry for the long post I don’t have any family or friends close to talk to 😢

Everything Seems to be getting out of control. Mu husband and I have a little disagreement with his mother which has resulted in what only cab be described as world war 3😔 it all started because we were sick of jumping to every demand/every need we finally said enough was enough we couldn’t wake up in a morning and wait for her to call first before making our own plans anymore which has been the way for years!! But because we have said this she has. Now accused us both of being on hard drugs which is completely untrue ( I don’t even drink alcohol) and clearly stating that we are neglecting our little boy. Who is my world and comes before anyone and everything I have never been away from him since the say he was born almost Years ago and I wouldn’t have it any other way. But because if the way she has been behaving and the upset she has caused I stopped her seeing her grandchild hoping we could all calm down and then revaluate which I have 2 and a half months later because its not. Fair on my son he loves her and had previously seen her everyday so naturally he misses her. But she just doesn’t seem to be interested at all and I guess I just wanted other people opinions on whether I should just stop trying or whether I should carry on trying to make a relationship happen between them? Tia any advice much appreciated x
