Can anyone help regarding child Maintanance ?
My case is up for ‘review ‘ in August . The ex partner doesn’t pay tax but earns £450 roughly weekly but refuses to pay/help/see his kids. Because he doesn’t pay tax they have said he has ‘nil’ income . He has recently been done for tax fraud. What will child maintance do now ? Does anyone know the next steps I can take ? X
