Can I have a ppp? Xx

So I’m 25-26 weeks with baby number 2.
I have been having Braxton Hicks here and there, which I never had with my first.
Also I have been having like mucusy discharge and woke up last night with cramping pain, my pelvis clicks everytime I get up out of bed or roll over and it’s painful. I don’t know what I’m trying to get at but what do you think it could be?
I’m scared this baby will come early due to all the pains I’ve been having lately and now the extra discharge.
I have never experienced this with my first.
