Can I have a PPP

About a year ago I went onto the patch as my implant didn’t agree with me. Never had any problems with the patch until a couple of weeks ago I had to replace patch about 3 times in one week as kept coming off and also have been taking it continuously as didn’t want to have a break. I’ve got the patch on and have had brown spotting me and my partner have been sexually active. Anyone on the patch fallen pregnant before? Got told by a friend also that because it has fallen off so much they don’t think that it would have been placed correctly in first place?
