I’d be happy that he’s able to talk to someone. Maybe he felt embarrassed. Men are strange creatures…they’ll swap bodily fluid with you but talking about medical issues “down there” is impossible!
He’s a mummy’s boy, all his life he’s been taught to tell his mummy about issues and probably didn’t want to gross you out with details. My fiancé and I are pretty close, but we don’t share info like that we just deal with it ourselves. It’s a bit odd he told his mum, but it could just be that he was concerned about it and felt like his mum was the best option
