Can I have a PPP

My little boy is just turning 5. Since he was a toddler I noticed when washing him that his foreskin was a bit tight. I took him to the doctor and he said it was quite normal, he was about 2 at the time. However since he has gotten older it seems to be getting tighter, it is not causing him any discomfort and through research i have read that sometimes it can’t be pulled back until nearer the age of 6. Have any other parents of little boys experienced this? Just hoping to get some opinions before I take him back to the doctor. Thanks in advance.
