Can I have a PPP

My partner and I have just brought a house. I have 2 children who now have there own rooms which they love! they are both under 3. I’m about to change jobs and we are so happy with our lives as it is !
Last week I found out I was pregnant , timing is not great. Today I went into have an abortion after weighing up all the options but I was left so upset and confused I couldn’t go through with it ! I have the option to go back next week.
We always spoke about having another but not so soon !
I’m after advice on what do to , not to be judged! has anyone been in a situation like this ?
I think I’d forever feel guilty if I aborted and then went onto have another but at the same time feel guilty on the 2 I already have xx
