Can I have a private post if you can on here if not the mums advice private chat bcos I have friends on there x
I’ve been apart from my child’s dad for a while now, he wasn’t there through my pregnancy so he isn’t on the birth certificate he came into child’s life when was 5 months and keeps walking in and out when he doesn’t get what he wants (ME) now I decided to get back with him a few months ago to make it work and it didn’t so now he hasn’t seen the baby for a few weeks I’m so pissed off!! Now if he decides he wants 50/50 access and goes to court would they allow him to take her over night? My child doesn’t even know him and she’s only 10 months … It’s my worst fear as he cant be trusted at All.. How does it All work ?? 😞 I let him see her every weekend cos he work during the week but like I said he just keeps coming in and out when he pleases… I don’t want my child to get hurt, should I stop contact?? Or keep giving him chances? I had enough.. 🙁
