Can I have a private post on one the pages? I’ve been smoking most of this year due to stupidness and stress but now have the worst cough going. In the last week I’ve cut right back but the cough is so bad I can’t stop and it’s resulting me being sick. Been to the doctors during the week but he’s just given me an inhaler which I feel is making it worse. Did any of you have this what helped it?
