A woman is pregnant and says it’s my brothers baby, she’s slept with two people, the last time she had sex with my brother was on the 31st August 2017 she slept with this other guy on 24th September 2017, she had an early scan and they said she is 6 weeks + 3 days pregnant, she had that scan on Saturday 28th October 2017. Is anyone able to tell me who’s the baby is more likely to be? Thankyou

My daughter was born on 24th August and my birthday is 5th October there’s 6 weeks between our birthday.. sperm can live inside you for 7 days before dying and depends when her egg released and because fertilized then it implanted, which can take 7-14 days.. so it could be your brothers but would still need a DNA test.x
6 weeks pregnant is actually 4 weeks gestational pregnant from the time of conception. Therefore the by should be the other man’s as that would line up well to have conceived 4wks and 3 days ago. People forget that 6 weeks doesn’t mean that you’ve been pregnant for 6 weeks they count it 2 weeks before.
If I have worked it out properly she conceived around the 14th of September which sperm can live inside you for I think it’s up to a week after intercourse xxx
There’s a thing online if you put her due date in it will come up roughly when she conceived just Google when did I conceive
Other guy!! Dates are taken from first day of last period so u need to add a about a couple of weeks before they had sex.

She slept with the September guy 5 weeks ago, so it must be the brothers.
She will need a dna test. None of us can know for sure without one
