Can I have a private post please. Any mums suffer Depression but don’t have anyone who understand how it makes you feel or what goes through your head? Struggling with it being xmas I’m pretty much the grinch at xmas time. Trying to put on a brave for my baby he’s only a few months and picks up on the fact the slightest thing could be wrong. How do you ladies attempt at making yourself feel better or deal with the throughts that go through your head. Any help or advice is very much appreciated xx
