Can I have a private post please. Basically my ex isn’t seeing kids at mo and has said that he has got a solicitor. So I have gone and made an appointment tomoz . As he isn’t seeing kids atm. Now he has just said if I take him to court he wants a dna test. Playing games I think as he didn’t think I would go through with it just wanted to scare me . Anyway surly he has basically said he doesn’t think they are his so shall I still nothing going to court or as he thinks they ain’t even his shall I just go to court. Court would cost me nearly 2 grand however I can’t get legal aid already checked and I don’t wana pay that money if he doesn’t even think they are his or just saying it to point score. Any advice please? Thankyou xx
