Can I have a private post please?

Does anyone else feel as if they have no life? Recently split with my long term boyfriend and I just can’t seem to shake myself out of it, all I want to do is lay in bed ! I know I can’t as I have 2 kids, I don’t have any friends constantly looking at 4 walls! I suffer with anxiety so I find it really hard to go out and make friends, I know I have to get a grip for the sake of my children But I just can’t.
Does anyone have any advice ? I don’t know why I wrote this but I feel like the worlds against me.
