Does anyone have an anxious child? What helps??
My 7 yr old will stress over things, i can tell her logically “that won’t happen” but she just can’t seem to stop herself….like me if I’m anxious but obvs i just go over it in my head where as she says it all out loud 🙁
Has anyone given their kids or tried themselves with magnesium supliments?
