Can I have a private post please have any other mums suffered serious back pain to the extent they couldn’t walk or anything I have attached a picture from Google that I drew on so people can see where the pain is I’m wondering if anyone know of ways to stop it from hurting so much midwife wants me to do a back class before physio but I can bearly walk I’m nearly 19 weeks. Any advice will be appreciated
