How long did it take for your periods to go back to normal after giving birth?

Mine took 14 weeks as I was still bleeding up till 10 weeks then on and off for 2 more weeks
But went to the doctors and ended up having a scan done
But I was on a pill @ 6 week witch I wished I never did as I have had nothing but issues
