Can I have a private post please I had my daughter 2 weeks ago me and my other half had a stressful day when I got induced wich caused a argument we sorted it around 3pm when my contractions had got really bad I gave birth at 7.50 pm and between that I was contracting every 5 min and all I had was paracetamol. My question is my other hald jus Sat there watching his film and never offerd me his hand I went to hold his hand through one and because I nocked his watch he took his hand of mine and fastened it and didn’t give it back. Every time I reached near him he’d jus ignore my hand and cary on watching the film. The midwife came in and he held it twice while she was in the room because I reached out fof him. Then stopped when she went and only really held it when I was pushing. He’s watched me give birth 3 times now and always held it because he new how much pain I was in and his mum said to him to comfort me and rub my back and hold me hand get me a wet flannel ext. I can’t actually let this go its actually really hurt me iv mentiond it he said wel I held it when u pushed her out. It took me 10 min pushing. We’ve not been good for so long and he’s not exactly been the best about things since she’s been born sayin how tired he is and if I say I’m tired sayin oh here we go she’s crumbling. But the way I c it is if he’s poorly or in pain I do anything I can back tickle massage run a bath geg him pain killers am I over reactin to feel like how can he jus sit watchin me climb the bed in agony or grasp on to anything I can without wanting to look after me or helo me through cab u really not be bothered watching someone youv spent 4 years with and supposed to love in pain and feel nothing, 😞
