Can I have a private post please,

I have a 3 year old son his behaviour is getting out of hand he keeps hitting me & swearing at me, he is also hitting other children in nursery I put him on the naughty step & walk away till his minute is up but then when he gets off he does it again so I put him on the step for an extra minute & no matter what I take off him he gets worst,

Has anyone had one of them people who come out & help you deal with children (like jo frost)
