Can I have a private post please. I’m a provident customer and pay every 4 weeks. They were due 2 weeks ago but no one has been. I’ve been reading posts on their page and seems it’s the same for everyone as they have made loads of changes and seems it’s all in a mess. Thing is I’m really skint this month and will need to get a pay day loan to get us through to the next pay day. But I have my months payment for provident sitting in the bank waiting for them to collect. Would anyone else just use it and then when they eventually do come just say well you broke the agreement by not collecting and I’m skint so needed to use it. I know I will make the payment eventually but will just take an extra month to pay off so not like I’m getting out of paying it. And I really don’t want to use a pay day loan as I’ve been in a mess with them before and know I won’t be able to pay it all back next month so will end up paying and then getting another and will get in a mess with them again. But if I don’t get one or use my provident money we will have nothing for the next 3 weeks. Thanks
