Can I have a private post please ?
I’m really confused about how csa works! My partner has a child he is paying for and a child he is waiting for paternity test however they have said he hasn’t been in contact for 3 weeks (he was waiting for them to contact him after previous call) they are assuming he is the father which he will appeal. However the calculator says £53 A week based on 2 children how is this divided? His ex has said 130pm but would that mean same for the other ex? Just confused as to how it all works! Any links or anything are appreciated. Gov website doesn’t give much info I can see about how it’s divided if different mothers!
