Can I have a private post please,
I’ve been off the pill since end of Jan, I’m trying to work out my cycle length, the last 3 months my periods have all started with brown discharge for 5 days before I bleed for period properly, would that be counted as day one of my period or only when properly bleeding, would like to know to work out ovulation etc TIA
