Can I have a private post please?

Long story but to make it short. I need some contraception advice. I got pregnant at 18 with my daughter and had a terrible pregnancy with hypermesis gravidarum from 6 weeks until the end. I got very ill and then got septacemia I had 2 hours to live I had to have a c section 6 weeks early I was in intensive care she was in nicu too. I don’t remember anything from late pregnancy any of the hospital and since I was released I’ve had no check up or recovery programme etc and now have fibromyalgia and vitamin deficiencies along with bad anxiety and depression sleep apnea and daily undiagnosed sickness. My daughter is now 6 and very healthy although suffers with adhd and autism. I’m married to her father for 6 years now. I’m 25 and he’s 28. I went on the injection straight after my daughter for 2 years then came off it had 4 years of no periods now the last 5 months i have started again. I don’t want to go through another pregnancy my health is very bad I wouldn’t cope. As it’s my problem I thought about sterilisation but I’d like some advice about that do you have periods after etc? Or my husband has offered a vasectomy but I don’t want him to do that in case we ever get divorced (not happening we’re very happy) and he wants more kids. We have already said we will adopt in the future when we’re more financially stable but my daughter needs a lot of help and attention still so it wouldn’t be fair. I don’t work atm it’s been so hard I’ve tried twice in 6 years but it’s just so hard. I have to deal with these problems first. But my husband works 7 nights a week and barely sleeps to help me out too as I don’t drive due to anxiety it’s been 4 years. But we are not in receipt of any benefits i was awarded pip for 2 years but after one year they took it back So i am appealing but nothing atm. So I need contraception as we can’t get in that situation again. I don’t want the implant or coil I would prefer long term injection or sterilisation could I please have your advice on either or know anyone who’s in a similar position? Thank you ladies xx
