Can I have a private post please. Looking for advice so no bashing please. I recently started seeing someone we have been together for 5 months I have 2 little boys and on income support. Me and my new partner have been back and forth each others homes staying with eachother more often at mines because I have the children. He hasn’t moved in with me it’s something we are in the process of deciding what to do when his tenancy ends. However I received a letter from HA saying someone has told them I have a partner living with me and they are coming out to do a home check on Monday what do I do if he hasn’t actually officially moved in. If things go forward and he does when his tenancy ends I’d obviously let them know.
