Can I have a private post please. Me and my kids dad are not getting on and due to his abusive behaviour has been stopped seeing kids until he will go to mediation. Anyway I’m taking kids to Disney next year for a week with my partner. I have been told the dad can stop me as I need his permission to take them out the country. Is this true? As I no he will refuse permission just to be spiteful. Any advice from anyone who had similar would be great thankyou xx
