Can I have a private post please . Me and my partner have a 6mnth old , and my partner has a 9 year old . We have a hard situation going on at the moment and really need some advice . My partner wants to try and have custody of his 9 yr as he feels the child being neglected . Evidence of this being . Mum has never took or picked up from school since he started , no parents evenings or sports day , we recieved a letter from the school saying she is in debt with 304 pounds for hot school meals and now the child won’t be aloud them , she sends him in dirty unwashed clothes either to big or small . She has 3 other kids and 1 on way . All different dads and doesn’t work . When we drop child off the door is answers by the 4 year old whilst she in bed with her bf . My partner pays £230 maintaince a month and she point blank refuses to by uniform get hair cut . Everytime we ask what for tea he says micowave chips or a russler burger . He’s falling behind in school regularly late or misses it . Teachers have never had a piece of homework . And recently cut his foot open on glass that had not been cleaned up and she missed all appointments to get dressing changed . Despite all this my partner is worried that if he reported nothing would happen and he would get found out and never see the child again . Anyone been in this situation
