Can i have a private post please. Needing some advice, my ex sees our daughter twice a week (7hours in total) I rang cms last Jan 16 and because of this he quit his job and is currently “claiming benefits” now the problem is he claims jsa so I get the minimum £7 a week BUT only when he can be bothered to actually go and sign on. I haven’t received a payment in months rang them numerous amounts of times to be told if he doesn’t sign on I won’t receive money but that it’ll go into arrears. Now he works cash in hand for his dad earns a good amount. But his dad’s a tax dodger aswell so I have literally no information on the company all I know is they fix cars. I have tried ringing benefit fraud but never actually seem to get anywhere. I work part time, pay for our daughter to go to nursery. I buy her everything she needs he has never so much as gave her a birthday or Christmas present or even a packet of nappies. Not I’m not wanting to sound spiteful or jealous I’m glad he is in her life as we have been through alot to finally get to this point. But it is so frustrating when he shows up in new flashy cars, new clothes and can afford for to go off on holidays whenever he wants (even missing contact to go) is there anyway I can catch him out. Feel like I’ve explored every option I can think off and getting nowhere.
