Can I have a private post please no bashing I’m a single mum to three children my 6 year old won’t go to sleep at night u put her to bed around 7pm and she has a routen that’s never broken and rules that she must not break she’s been up and down the stairs continued every night for the past two years sins we moved here her brothers go straight to sleep every night I’m at my wits end with my little girl as when she goes to bed is my time to relax after a long day. Thank you for any advice please. No bashing
