Can I have a private post please

So after having irregular periods over past couple of months my blood tests show I have low iron levels. So I’ve got to have over the phone appointment with my dr on Monday at 12 and I fly to Spain at 4pm that day should I be worried or is this normal I’m having a panic attack thinking it’s something bad 😞
