Can I have a private post please. This is my second pregnancy I am 10 weeks today. It’s just getting bad to worse today I keep feeling dizzy and like I’m going to pass out. My head is banging like it will be ok but if I move my head it get extreme pain and can hardly move. I have been having pains in my lower stomach like sharp shooting pains. I just feel rubbish I can’t cope with this. his normal. I had a great pregnancy with my son. Thanks x

My 1st pregnancy and I’ve experienced everything you’ve mentioned, try to relax and paracetamol helps massively with the headaches xx
