me and my sons father separated 8 months ago. We are all still living together. me upstairs with my little boy in my room and dad is downstairs on sofa. Dad has 2 other children who live with their mum. I have been apart of their lives 6+ years & they used to come at weekends. because of the situation with us, dad decided that about 6 months ago it would no longer be appropriate for them to come and stay. Our son is still in my room and dad is refusing to let our son occupy the other bedroom until he has moved out ( but has no idea when he will be moving out!) as it still has all the other stuff in from his other 2 children. Am I wrong for asking him to store their stuff so I can move our son into the room? We are cramped into a small room and I would really like to give our son his own space.
I also really miss them and want to see them, but got told by him when we split up all I am to them now is their brothers mum and don’t need to have a relationship with them which really hurt me because I love them too & want our son to have a relationship with them. Our son has only seen them 3 times this year. I feel I can’t contact their mum as dad has issues with her also 😕
