Just want a bit of advice
Any One Been Hypnotised to get over a phobia??

Sounds silly to some but I don’t care , just need to see other opinions on if it works for them or not?!, but tomorrow I’m going for private hypnotherapy to get over the phobia of ashes , graveyards and bones, had this phobia since u was very little and it’s stuck since . I’m a carer , and had a panic attack outside someone’s house the other day when I found out her husbands ashes are in the house. after the other carer calmed me down , I kept quiet got on with my job and went home for a break and cried my eyes out to my dad till the point I was sick – happens all the time I come in contact with graveyards funeral ect, so my dad booked me in to see if it works as I love my job so much and don’t want this to effect me as thiers more than a few houses with people’s ashes in thier , any storeys if you’ve had it done will help , thankyou🙂
