Can I have a private post please

This week I’ve been so tired and today my boobs have been very sore and keep having belly aches and generally just feel different my period is due in two weeks I’ve never had sore boobs before a period only ever once when I was first pregnant with my little boy, I did a pregnancy test which came out negative has anyone had anything like this and turned out to be pregnant even with a negative test ? Tia x
