Can I have a private post pls my son is 1 and the last 24 hours his first nappy was tiny but wet yesterday morning and I again changed it at 1pm and this morning it’s not that wet I need some advice he’s happy In him self drinking and eating well xx

Monitor his fluid intake and urine output for 4 hours. Check there’s no redness on his bits as that could be balinitis. If no change in 4 hours get to a gp to get him checked over x
