Can I have a private post plz my 11 month old as got bit of nappy rash I’ve put some sudocream on it but today looks like little tiny blisters is this normal for nappy rash first time he’s had it so not sure I av made a appoinment with doctors just wandering if anythink I can do in the meen time so it doesn’t go worse thanks xx
