Can I have another private post please as I’m confused. Yesterday I had my second sweep as I’m 40weeks & 4 days now with second baby girl. Last night I had bleeding which I was told I would get but then contractions started and tea time and as it got later on they became more stronger and closer together. They got to every 3-5 mins at one point. Anyway I ended up going to bed and everytime I woke up I had a contraction but it wasn’t strong enough to wake me up but once I was awake it felt pretty strong. Anyway this morning they have been 15 mins apart I’m just confused as they was so close last night. Anyone else experienced this? X

Could you reply please. There’s not much blood less than a tea spoon full. My consultant told me after the sweep yesterday I will experience some blood as long as it’s not as much as a period it’s okay
This happened to me was every 4 minutes through the night then when it hit morning they went down to every 10 – 15 minutes, but they should speed up again by the end of the day, just get as much rest as possible xxxx
I’d of thought if there was bleeding you would of still need to be checked?
