Can i have private post its my first time posting on here but I need some advice due to my sister can’t have babies I would love to have a baby for her and her husband I no this might sound selfish but I don’t no if I would be able to go through it a big amount of me wants to though as she love kids she’s always wanted a baby but she has blocked tubes she’s been to the docs and done everything she can to get her tubes unblocked but nothing has worked any advice would be helpful
