Can I have private post please ? I’m booked in for a termination by tablet as I’m only 6weeks this is the decision I’ve chose because of how my life is by working and already having young kids and a single parent can someone who already have had it done tell me if they worked the day after ? As I Carnt have a lot of time of but just wondering if u can get back into work straight away or have to have a week of and if the doctor would do a sick note ?as I wouldn’t be able to ring in sick without any proof of being sick
