Can i have some advice please im about 10 weeks not sure though thats just a rough off the midwife got my scan wednesday…they already have me on blood thining and a few other medication as last 2 pregnacys was really bad! Iv got 4 kids but 5 pregnacys 6 in total now im so tired its unreal never been like this before any ideas why id be as tired tia xx
