Can I please have a post, has anyone ever been induced for having regular contractions about 3-5 mins apart for hours or even days? I have been in hospital for 3 days, with reduced fetal movements and contracting every 3-4 mins, but my cervix is still long, middle position and I’m only 1cm dilated, they are thinking of sending me home now, but I’m not going to be able to do the normal stuff and look after my other children while I am like this, but I don’t know if they induce for reasons like this, also it was my 6th reduced fetal movement, but I’ve had growth scan and all is fine there?

I had 3 weeks of regular contractions before I was finally induced on my due date and I was 3cm dilated for the last two weeks
