Can I please have a post? I’ve been sent home from hospital, 2cm dilated, long cervix but middle position and contracting irregularly, anyone got any tips to help me dilate or thin out more so cervix comes down? Pains really hurt when they come

Definitely stay as active as possible, walking even up and down the stairs, birthing ball and just stay on your feet if you can…gravity helps. Good luck x

Hot bath n birthing ball? Keeping active is the best easy to get it to wriggle along n become more regular
Tepid bath and walk! Helped me loads.
