Can I please have a private post? I was just looking for some advice about periods! Im 27.. I’ve never really been bothered much with period pain etc but the last few months it’s been horrible ! Really bad cramps and shockin PMS. Snapping at people crying and being so agitated . So what I’m wondering is it normal for your period to change like this? Thank you xx
