Can I request a private post please….

So I travel abroad in a few weeks and I’m terrified I won’t fit in the seat! I’ve managed to loose 5st this year in preparation for flying however I’m still a size 28 (huge theighs) 😢 Does anybody know the seat/seatbelt dimensions for jet 2 , also what’s the reaction when requesting a sealt belt extenders
