Can ladies please advise if you have been through this or know more than I do my friend is on her way to mine in absolute pieces and I really don’t know what to say as I haven’t a clue she usually has a 34 day cycle her last period was the 12th December she had sex last night and condom split she is sure she is already past ovulation from her dates but her other friends are saying she is still at risk of getting caught pregnant can you get caught 10 days before a period internet is giving misleading info and doctors are now shut for the weekend for emergency contraceptive if there is a risk I will happily lend her the money to get it over the counter but Is is effective 24 hours after sex thankyou sorry for long post and please no bashing this is a new relationship for her and she’s not ready for a baby yet thanks x
